REFUNDS POLICY:
Exchange and Refund policies Acceptable reasons for exchange are following: We ship an incorrect item(s) from what you order. The product(s) is/are defected. We will credit you with a £6.00 pounds shipping fee for you along with your new item. The product(s) is/are in incorrect size; In this case, if we receive the items back and the size is correct, we will ship the same item back to you and require addition shipping fee. Otherwise, We will credit you with a £6.00 shipping fee for you along with your new item. Please note that you will have to ship back your items To the address above.
Acceptable reason for refund: Items that are defective. Your item is out of stock. For all refund you will still require to ship back your items to our above address or we will NOT credit you with the £6.00 pounds shipping fee.
Please note, that there will not be a refund on any items purchased from the sale page, If you wish to exchange your item, please email me on the above address.
Please contact us and we will assess your situation. Any returns must be in their original packaging,with tags, unworn and good conditions. Items will not be authorized for return after 7 days from the delivery date. You are required to contact us of your return item ahead and get approval for exchange before you ship your product. After you have communicated with us of your return, you will have 30 days to ship back your product to us. We will process your exchange in 1-2 weeks and your return item will be shipped to you in 1-2 weeks. Order Cancellation If you want to cancel your order but your payment has already been processed. You have to contact us within 24 hours. Once the order has been shipped, we will not offer any refunds or exchanges. Order Changing Customers can change their shipping address and/or receiver at no charge. If you want to change the item that you have placed, you have to contact us within 24 hours. We will not charge you for item changing. After 24 hours you will have to pay £6.00 pounds for each item changing. Once again if the order has been shipped, we will not able to make any changes.
